Woman cannot live on butt exercise alone
Though we work so hard to watch what we eat and incorporate exercise, sometimes it feels as though our bodies work against us. This is definitely the case with our behind areas. You can incorporate butt exercise into your daily routine to help slim it down, but you must be aware of what you are doing. First of all, butt exercise alone will not shape your bottom the way you want, in fact, it could make it larger.
The reason your butt exercise may not be working could be two fold. One, this is where our body stores fat, so any extra automatically runs to this areas. Two, the exercise we think we are doing to slim down, is actually building muscle in that area, thus, making it bigger. This is why it is important to not only combine your butt workout with a full routine, but to choose exercises that slim and tone.
A great toning butt exercise is, of course, walking. As well, cycling is another great way to slim down your behind. Just remember to use little resistance when walking or cycling, as the resistance is what creates the muscle. Other options are swimming, using machines, squatting, or using a ball or band to help.
